Frederick W.
Liked it, but would have preferred to have several spare O rings in the kit.
Jerry M.
All good...thanks!
Robert P.
I is very nice to repair all of my older plastic gas cans that were no longer usable. Thanks, Robert P.

The problem with gasoline is that it is inherently dangerous. Newer spouts now required by congress make it even more dangerous. They are complicated and awkward. How this helps the situation is one of today's big Internet mysteries. These adapters make pouring gas trouble free when used with the vent sold separately. Remember how pouring gas used to be? You had to be careful, but at least you could pour it without dribbling gas all over the floor, on your shoes, and down the sides of your vehicle. Gasoline is what it is. It needs to be handled with care, and this spout helps you transfer gas from the can to the tank of your machine in the safest way possible. Remember, pouring gas is from grownups. Keep gas storage containers out of the reach of children, idiots, and members of congress.

Good quality. No leaks
Rodney
does job, it's a gas can sprout koi
Claude B.
Makes gasing up easy
Darlene Cruz
Use it already and it does work.
Steve
I would have rated this 5 stars if it had a screw cap rather than just something that pushes on and can pop off rather easily.
Richard Pedota
This spout is exactly the same spout that was on my 5 gallon gas can that I have of Blitz. The closure part of the spout screws on securely to the opening of the gas can.
Kirk
Threaded onto a standard gas can but there's no cap for the end.
Kenneth J Warter
It's pretty simple. Everyone I know, dislikes the new, environmentally approved gas cans with the fixed nozzles. They are difficult to store and tend to leak when used. This replacement kit fits standard gas cans and allows you to tuck the nozzle inside when not in use and when reversed, makes a nozzle that won't leak if mounted correctly.
gobot02
These are hard to find due to EPA not allowing them to be sold with any new gas cans! I am glad that someone still makes and sells these!
Thomas
Cheap, which I needed. Not a super tight fit on the cap for the nozzle. Was a little worried about falling off. But for the price can't beat it.
RICKY LAWS
fits exactaiy as expected

I bought a rubbermaid gas can in the mid 1990's. Since then, the nozzle broke and I purchased a replacement, with a 'safety' catch, from a local automotive store. The replacement never seated correctly and each use would result in spilled gas. I found this replacement and gave it a try. It is the exact size and appearance of the original nozzle from the 90's. It fit perfectly and alas I have not spilled a drop of gas since.
John DeV
A good replacement for what I needed . The price was right.
Todd D
Fit my Rubbermaid can perfect. I heated the spout to bend it with a heat gun to give it a curved shape. Works great
Shannon G
This was an easy replacement, saved me from buy a new gas tank. It seals to the existing tank and didn't leak. Therefore I rate it a 5.
Donovan Dunaway
I tried this on my 5 gallon fuel jug and it works great. With seal in, I even tilted s full jug on its side to rest for leaks and not a drop cane out. The spout is flexible and works well while filling generator, 4 wheelers and lawnmower. Good buy!
DDQ
Product performance is as advertised. Will fit old and new style cans. Make sure that you get the nozzle size for your can. Great price compared to a new 5 gallon can!

This is a lifesaver. We have several Rubbermaid water jugs that aren't made anymore yet they're the best quality jugs.. After decades of use, the spout broke and we lost the cap. I figured I'd just get new jugs but everything out there is crap. They leak or crack so easily. I ordered this replacement set and it fits perfectly. No leaks and it's like the original. Just ordered another set as backup.
Rixplex
The product replaced the stupidly safe, over-engineered original spout--the one that is so safe it prevents any gasoline from leaving the container. The Kool Product spout fits the container perfectly but could use a stopper or cap to keep gasoline from splashing out of the spout. The original equipment was too big a PITA to keep, but it did keep fluids from splashing out the spout. Customer service informed me that the company makes a spout that includes a cap. It might be worth spending a bit more to get that extra feature. But the spout as delivered is well worth the price in the aggravation avoided. I would buy it again.
Allen Steward
easy to install
GZ
Fit and worked as described.
Eddiegreadie
Work real good now have extra gas can.
K. Nash
We have had a gas can for awhile that we lost the spout for. We have tried several big box hardware stores to find a replacement and they have never worked well. This one was a winner! Thanks!
Kenneth B Dutra
The spout could be longer for easier filling.
Kimi Dust
It was easy to find and works great.
Skip
This flexible spout works well with no leaks. The only negative is due to my mistake. I ordered it because I like this type but forgetting my gas cans use the built-in air vent type.
KMG
Exactly as advertised. Good replacement for original equipment.
Justin Johnson
Works as described, quick shipping.
Christopher G.
Great simple spout
Everett Ginter
Works great
Richard A Walega
Better than the present unusable “standard” spouts that are being shoved down our throats.

I used the black cap and spout on a rubbermaid 6 gallon water can and the yellow cap on an Igloo 6 gallon water can.

Eugene F. Springfield
Really like the product. It was a perfect fit to the old gas can I have been used for the last 14 years. Glad I found the product; get to keep my old gas can.
Dave

Douglas C Wells
Fits an old Blitz gas can perfectly. Works much better than the newer “safety” spouts. Glad I didn’t throw the old can away when it started to leak around the worn gasket.
KattG
FAR superior to the original junk on my old gas can spouts.
weejuns
This replacement sprout has extended the life of my gas can....great replacement
ETHEL MCCALLISTER
IT FIT PERFECTHAT I HAD CRACKED
E Peterson
Took your advice and measured first. Fit perfectly to replace my warn and torn old spout. It's nice to be able to keep the old can and just replace the needed part.
Chart
Doesn’t fit anyone of my dozen gas, diesel or kerosene cans.
hondel
This pretty much does what it was made for. I wish it had a screen at the entry to the spout like the original spout had but that's a minor nit to pick. I think the replacement will last as long as the original.
Thomas L.
love the spout and two different fittings, fits my old can. I did not like the vent cap, it does not screw on like original, it presses on. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
Frank Bass
Perfect replacement for the silly cali gas spouts.
Amazon Customer
Perfect fit. Works like you hoped it would. No leaks, no drips, no errors!
Steve
didnt think it would fit my Harbor Freight metal 5gal gas can but it did just fine and shipped promptly. 10/10 would buy again
Lisa Shiroky
It was just what I wanted. I bought a gas jug that had a nozzle that you had to push on a tab and pull down on it to get the gas out and then it got all over your hand and the mower.. Thanks so much
k jones
great job,right on
Amazon Customer
Good replacement spout that is easy to use. Doesn’t have the screen in the bottom of the spout to keep out debris, but a good value.
Tom Schwartz
Everyone said there weren't replacements for an Igloo Water Jug. These fit it perfect. Plus you get two caps so one does fit a gas can I have.
MPW
A little expensive, but better than the crap nozzles that come with new gas cans .
Ronald Hickman
The only minor issue is that it's not super flexible.
Cheri M. Sweatman
Looked at all the auto stores and Wal-Mart and never found any to fit my gas cans. These were just want I needed. Thank you!
Curtis Snider
Optional tops for the spout
Regina Mason
It leaks less than my old one did. It leaked a little on me but none on my husband. So I don't know. But it was a replacement for one that leaked really really really bad.
Allen R Lindgren
Nothing flashy but it does the job.
Bonnie A. Coblentz
That is all.
alguy
Seems more durable than the OEM, no leaks
Mario Alioto
It fit my old gas container perfect.
ronald mark phillips
The nozzle is stiff (not very flexible) and the collar did not thread onto my Rubbermaid gas can so I had to use the original collar on the new spout which works ok so far. I took the advice of one of the other reviewer’s and used the heat gun to form the nozzle into a bent position since it doesn’t flex that well and that was also a good suggestion
Cleocatra
Exactly what I needed for my portable gas tank.
michael g. smith
Good quality
Kenneth G Thacker
works fine
Bill M
Product as described - great product
Richard
I liked that the pouring spout was like we use to be able to buy from local stores in that the gas comes out flowing as it should. What was not that likeable was the ring the spout fits in didn't fit my 5 gallon container but was easily fixed by taking the 5 gallon container's original ring and inserting the spout in it then attached it to the container.
Sinister Crawler
The bendy section is much stiffer than the original that it replaced that cracked but still works fine. Time will tell how long it last.
Sherri Wingard
Amazing!!! This fixes the new stupid gas spouts on cans today. This is so simple and and doesn’t drip gas everywhere.
CRAIG LUSK
Great quality and price! Great customer service as well!
