SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
- - Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) from our warehouse in Peoria, Arizona.
- - Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. During major sales and the holiday season, please allow 1–2 extra days.
- - Ground delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on carrier and destination.
Shipping rates
- - FREE shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on orders of $35 or more
- - Orders under $35: live USPS, UPS and FedEx ground rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight — choose the option that suits you best
- - We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking an order
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your KoolProducts account to see your recent orders and track them.
Canceled Orders
- - Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email sales@koolproducts.us immediately and we will do our best to correct this.
