The following terms and conditions ensure that your company and ours maintain a mutually beneficially relationship. By submitting your Wholesale Application, you agree that you operate a legitimate retail business and will abide by our wholesale terms and conditions listed here.
You will receive a wholesale pricing sheet/order form once your application has been submitted and we agree that your brand would be a good fit to sell KOOL Products products. Wholesale prices are subject to change without prior notice.
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy
KOOL Products enforces a Minimum Advertised Price Policy. The MAP is listed on the wholesale order form for your reference. Violating this policy will result in the immediate termination of your business relationship with our company. If you wish to run a sale/promotion then you must receive prior approval. Shipping / Order Fulfillment
Orders must be submitted using our provided order form. Once we receive your order we will send an invoice via email. Upon payment, your order will be prepared and shipped by ground service using a courier of our choosing, unless otherwise requested. Your company is responsible for all applicable shipping and insurance charges, which will be listed on your invoice. Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations throughout the United States and therefore you may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.
Damages and Returns
Claims for damages must be made within 7 days after your order is delivered. If a damage incident occurs, you must contact us immediately. Keep and photograph the damaged packaging for insurance claims, and forward the images to us. Once we receive the images to verify damage we will arrange for shipping back to us. We will inform you of the expected ship date for your replacement order and we will pay to ship of the replacement order.
We do not accept returns for any order unless damage has taken place. Unsold merchandise will not be applicable for buyback or consignment. In the case of special circumstances, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on an individual basis.
KOOL Products does not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose our clients’ personal and company information. However, pertinent information may be disclosed, under the guidance of law, to verify sales tax-exempt status for wholesale customers and to prevent credit card fraud. If you wish for us to list you as a KOOL Products retailer, then your written consent will be required.
Copyright & Images
All photographs and images are subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes, please ask permission in writing to email@example.com. Upon approval, you may only use images for products which you currently have in stock. KOOL Products requires that our brand name be present whenever photos of our products are shown in any print, online or in-store, for marketing, etc. You may not, in any form, claim that the images, photographs, or products are produced under your brand name.
Sales Outlets / Website & Online Sales
You may only sell KOOL Products products at the physical or online store(s) listed on your application. If you wish to sell in another store or on another online channel, then written approval must be given. In addition, you must have written consent to sell KOOL Products products at any 3rd party venues, including, but not limited to: consumer markets (i.e. all Amazon Marketplaces), auction sites (i.e. eBay), markets & fairs, etc.
If a manufacturer’s defect occurs to one of our products, we will happily replace the product with proof of purchase. Please, direct customers to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any product-related issues.
